The Buffalo Bar at the Elkhorn Resort offers a range of dining services from casual breakfast to fine dining. Featuring local Manitoba product where ever possible, Chef Dan Hunter and his team craft thoughtfully prepared meals from scratch.

Sample fine wines or one of the Elkhorn Resort’s signature handcrafted cocktails in our lounge and try our favourite pizza made with fresh pizza dough and tomato sauce made in house.

Please Note: While our team works towards expanding our kitchen facility and increasing our restaurant capacity, in order for our culinary team to provide excellent service for our guests, we will not be doing any take out orders for a limited time. Both the Buffalo Bar and the Spa Bistro will be open for business as usual. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
